1. Acceptance of Terms

By ordering, accessing, or using any BahadurHosting.com service — including shared hosting, Cloud VPS, Storage VPS, Virtual Dedicated Servers, dedicated servers, Windows RDP, domains, email hosting, cloud backup, or managed support — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services Provided

BahadurHosting.com provides hosting infrastructure and related services on a subscription basis. Specifications, pricing and features for each plan are described on the relevant product page at the time of order and may be updated for future billing cycles with reasonable notice.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use any service to host or transmit illegal content, malware, phishing pages, unsolicited bulk email, or content that infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for violations, with notice where practical.

4. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for content, applications and configurations on services under your account, including on unmanaged VPS, VDS, dedicated servers and RDP instances.
• You must keep contact and billing information current to receive service notices.

5. Billing & Renewals

Services are billed in advance on the cycle selected at checkout (monthly or annual). Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of service after a grace period communicated at signup. Renewal pricing, where different from an introductory rate, will be disclosed prior to your first renewal invoice.

6. Service Availability

We target the uptime commitments described on our System Status and Refund & SLA Policy pages. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BahadurHosting.com is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including data loss on unmanaged plans without an active backup add-on.

8. Termination

You may cancel a service at any time from your billing dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or activity that threatens the security or stability of our network.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
