Can I install my own software?

Yes, you have full administrator access to install any Windows-compatible software, subject to our acceptable use policy.

What does "concurrent users" mean?

It's the number of people who can be logged into the same RDP instance at the same time via separate sessions — useful for small teams sharing one server.

Is a dedicated IP available on every plan?

RDP Pro and above include a dedicated IPv4 address. Starter and Standard use a shared IP by default, with dedicated IP available as a paid add-on.

Can I upgrade my RDP plan later?
