What happens if my server goes down at night?
Monitoring runs around the clock. On Fully Managed, incidents are picked up under our 15-minute response SLA at any hour; Standard and Basic tiers are handled via the 24/7 ticket queue.
Can I cancel a managed add-on separately from my server?
Yes, managed support is billed and can be cancelled independently of your underlying VPS or dedicated server subscription.
Do one-time services require a managed plan?
