Licensing note: All RDP plans include a licensed copy of Windows Server 2022 Standard. Additional software licenses (Windows Server user CALs, SQL Server, RDS CALs, etc.) are not included and can be added on request. Extra dedicated IPv4 addresses are available as an add-on on any plan.

How quickly is my RDP ready?
Our team provisions RDP instances after reviewing payment and availability. Activation is not automatic. Delivery timing and connection instructions are confirmed by our support team.
Can I install my own software?
Yes, you have full administrator access to install any Windows-compatible software, subject to our acceptable use policy.
What does “concurrent users” mean?
It’s the number of people who can be logged into the same RDP instance at the same time via separate sessions — useful for small teams sharing one server.
Is a dedicated IP available on every plan?
RDP Pro and above include a dedicated IPv4 address. Starter and Standard use a shared IP by default, with dedicated IP available as a paid add-on.
Can I upgrade my RDP plan later?
Yes, you can move to a higher RDP tier at any time from your billing dashboard, or migrate to a full Cloud VPS or dedicated server if you outgrow RDP entirely.
